Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the JSB Store mobile application ("App") or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid phone number to create an account. Verification is done via OTP (One-Time Password).
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • One account per phone number. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Orders and Delivery

  • All orders are subject to product availability and delivery area coverage.
  • Minimum order amount is displayed in the App and may vary. Currently set at ₹99.
  • Delivery charges of ₹40 apply for orders below ₹499. Orders above ₹499 qualify for free delivery.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or high demand.
  • A 4-digit delivery OTP will be shared with you. Please provide this to the delivery agent upon receiving your order.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement is the final price.
  • We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery.
  • Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
  • Wallet balance can be used for payments. Wallet credits from refunds are non-withdrawable but can be used for future orders.

5. Coupons and Offers

  • Coupons are subject to validity period, minimum order amount, and usage limits.
  • Only one coupon can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any offer without prior notice.
  • Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
  • Create fake accounts or provide false information
  • Abuse, harass, or threaten delivery agents or customer support staff
  • Attempt to manipulate prices, promotions, or the referral system
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the App
  • Resell products purchased through the App for commercial purposes

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to logos, text, images, graphics, and software, is the property of Jai Shri Balaji Store and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

JSB Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of our services. You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting support.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South West Delhi, Delhi, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
