Your Right to Data Deletion
At JSB Store, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains what data is deleted, what is retained, and how to submit a deletion request.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:
Method 1: In-App (Recommended)
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm deletion. Your account will be deleted within 24 hours.
Method 2: Email Request
Send an email to info@jaishribalajistore.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered phone number. We will process your request within 7 business days.
Method 3: Customer Support
Call our customer support at +91 1800-XXX-XXXX and request account deletion. You will need to verify your identity via OTP.
What Data Is Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Saved delivery addresses
- Wishlist and saved items
- Cart contents
- Push notification tokens
- App preferences and settings
- Support chat history
- Wallet balance (any remaining balance will be forfeited)
What Data Is Retained
Certain data may be retained for legal and regulatory compliance:
- Order history and invoices: Retained for up to 8 years as required by Indian tax laws (GST compliance).
- Payment transaction records: Retained for up to 8 years for financial audit and regulatory purposes.
- Fraud prevention data: Anonymized records may be retained to prevent future fraud.
Retained data is anonymized where possible and is only used for the stated legal purposes. It is not used for marketing or any other purpose.

Important Notes
- Account deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
- If you have any pending orders, please wait for them to be delivered or cancel them before requesting deletion.
- Any remaining wallet balance will be forfeited upon account deletion.
- You may create a new account with the same phone number after deletion, but your previous data will not be available.
