Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation
Cancellation by Customer
- You can cancel an order before it is packed (status: Placed or Confirmed) through the App by going to Order History → Order Details → Cancel Order.
- Once an order is packed or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled through the App. Please contact customer support for assistance.
- There are no cancellation charges for orders cancelled before packing.
Cancellation by JSB Store
We may cancel your order in the following cases:
- Product(s) are out of stock
- Delivery address is outside our service area
- Pricing or product listing error
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Inability to verify payment
In all such cases, a full refund will be issued automatically.
2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund
- Order cancelled before packing: Full refund
- Wrong item delivered: Full refund or replacement
- Damaged or spoiled product: Full refund or replacement (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos)
- Missing items from order: Refund for missing items
- Quality issue: Refund or replacement at our discretion
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after delivery (for non-perishable items in opened condition)
- Issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery
- Products used or consumed partially
- Incorrect address provided by customer
3. Refund Methods & Timeline

By default, all refunds are credited to your JSB Wallet for instant availability. You can request a refund to the original payment method by contacting customer support.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Open the JSB Store App and go to Order History.
- Select the order you want a refund for.
- Tap "Report Issue" and select the appropriate reason.
- Attach photos if applicable (damaged/wrong item).
- Submit your request. Our team will review and process your refund within 24-48 hours.

5. Delivery Charges Refund
- If you cancel the entire order before packing, delivery charges (if any) are refunded in full.
- If partial items are refunded and the remaining order total falls below ₹499, delivery charges will not be additionally charged.
- If the entire order is refunded due to our error, delivery charges are refunded in full.
6. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your refund request, you may escalate the matter by emailing info@jaishribalajistore.com with your order number and details. Our grievance officer will respond within 48 hours.
